Noticed an issue with waste water drainage at home on the Sunday after Christmas....typical bad timing. Quick call to the Shepheard mobile number at 8am (answered straight away) and fill in simple … More online booking that replied booking accepted: that was handy to put the families mind at ease help was on the way. 6:40am the next day confirmatory text "Vincenzo" was on his way, 20 mins out. What a ripper bloke, Vince was very efficient, professional, full of reassurance and knowledge on our setup, left me a few solid suggestions on what i could do to improve our tanks (seal them properly with concrete to prevent roots growing in again, remove vegetation and sand over the lids, make metal boundary for tank inspection port), all of which i did after he left. Tanks, accessible pipework, leach drains and overall jobsite left spotless, very consciousness bloke of his work truck and environment (cautious of not getting the vac truck bogged in soft sand on our property) just someone who thought about it all first before bashing on.
HIGHLY recommend and will be getting them back out in 3-5yrs for next service.
